International Exchange & Public Diplomacy is not a separate organizational silo. It is an ADUD strategic program that draws on the organization’s diaspora relationships, convening experience, cultural knowledge, subject-matter expertise, community access, and Africa-facing mission.

U.S.–Africa People-to-People Diplomacy

Integrity of claims
Future capability is not presented as completed federal exchange performance
ADUD will distinguish clearly among internal capability, partner-supported delivery, completed assignments, active awards, and future opportunities. No federal or international exchange award will be represented as completed until it has actually been delivered and documented.
