Purpose and value
Networking and discussion are not enough.
Promising ideas often fail because teams lack program design, partner alignment, technical assistance, budgets, implementation plans, data systems, or a credible pathway to funding and adoption.
Program purpose
Provide a disciplined environment in which ADUD and selected partners can assess needs, design programs, organize consortia, test solutions, strengthen capacity, and support follow-through.
