Diaspora residents bring significant expertise and commitment but may remain underrepresented in civic institutions, boards, public discussions, nonprofit leadership, and community decision-making.
Program purpose
Develop informed, ethical, connected, and capable community leaders who can navigate systems, communicate priorities, collaborate across differences, and contribute constructively to public and community institutions.
